Return/Exchange policy: Nichole's Hair Care & Kush Looks does not accept returns for eyelashes, clothing, hot tools/any other hair accessories & products from Nichole’s Hair Care And Kush Looks. 

Any hair used will not be refunded, unless hair is untouched and packed as packing was before item was bought. A return can be done within 7 days of purchase, with a 60% refund, however payment was made, with a 40% restock fee and for an exchange to be made within 15 days of the purchase as long as hair is in the condition as was before being bought as well as packing must be as new - I won’t accept return if hair has been opened & tampered with.
